How this works: The unique identifier is used here is similar to how Margit kept track of the paintings in her records. Typically YY-##. That is, the year produced and the number for that year. For example, the twelfth painting of 1967 would be 67-12. “E” stands for “early” (when no year was recorded). “X” stands for not recorded. The description is in quotes if it’s how Margit described it. It’s not in quotes if it’s just how I would identify the painting. In brackets…?
