Where there’s water, there are the works of man associated with using water, like mills, or getting over water, like bridges. Even though Margit lived within a short drive of an historic mill (Schech’s Mill is just a few miles SW of Houston), she’s not known to have drawn it.

    Question: Is the “bridge” that Margit mentions in the title the footbridge(s) in the foreground—or the stone bridge at the far right?
